The Consular Outreach Team will be at the above venues from 10am to 4pm to process PASSPORTS, DUAL CITIZENSHIP and LEGALIZATION of documents..
Straight Renewal of Green Passport:
- Proof of identity – current Passport and photocopies of the datapage, page w/ entry stamps & last page;
- Proof of current Philippine citizenship – original and photocopy of US visa, I-94, Permanent Resident Card, INS notice, etc.; and
- Three (3) MRP Compliant Photos – 4.5cmX3.5cm, royal blue background (photo services available).

PASSPORT PROCESSING TAKES SIX (6) WEEKS - PERSONAL APPEARANCE REQUIRED
To receive your new passport by mail: submit a pre-paid self-addressed-stamped envelope USPS express / priority mail w/ tracking number is suggested
Legalization: Bring your document, an original valid photo ID w/ signature, and photocopies of both the document and the ID. One (1) set will be for the Consulate’s file.
